Companies with revenues up to $10 million, and EBITDA / Seller Discretionary Earnings (SDE) up to $1.5 million.

Target industries and transaction characteristics

Business-to-business (B2B) inspection services
Recurring revenues or at least a high level of repeat business
Excellent brand reputation with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
Strong customer base, with minimal customer and vendor concentration
Addressing growing markets with sustainable competitive advantages
Exit (transition) plan for retiring business owner(s) and divestitures (e.g., non-core subsidiaries of larger corporations)

Geography

United States
Will also consider Canada and Europe if there are strong adjacencies with existing portfolio businesses
